These strong plastic stools are weather proof, impact resistant, lightweight and easy to move around and clean. All stools are supplied with a black anti-slip foot. You can also add an optional silicone seat cover in the colour of your choice for a small additional charge.

A stool for low level tasks with added health benefits
The small and extra curved foot on the OneLeg stool enables you to rock, tilt and rotate as you sit which protects your lower back by reducing the amount of twisting and burden on your spine. By sitting instead of kneeling you will also remove discomfort in your knees and feet, which can be strained or squashed when in the kneeling position. As you tip and turn on the stool, you will be able to reach a larger work area without the need to move the stool. The motion you create when using the stool has the added benefit of strengthening your core.
In the garden
The OneLeg stool is suitable for use at ground level, anywhere in the garden. On grass, soil, gravel, paving slabs or stone the stool can also be successfully used on slopes and terraces. The height of 32cm is recommended for most gardeners as this seated height enables you to work comfortably at ground level with good reach. However, if you are tall (above 5' 7") then a 40cm stool may be more comfortable. The success of using the stool does of course depend on your flexibility and general mobility.
