Frequently Asked Questions

How long will delivery take?

We hold the OneLeg stools in stock and will aim to despatch for next day delivery. This is subject to your order being received before noon and us being able to contact you to book delivery for a day convenient to you. This service is available Monday to Friday.

How is delivery made?

We use a courier to deliver and your goods will need to be signed for.  Please ensure someone is available on the agreed delivery date to accept delivery.

Can I track my delivery online?

If you have registered with us, your order can be tracked in the My Account (OneLeg members) section.

I require delivery to an address outside UK Mainland

We will contact you to discuss the cost of shipping to your required address which will be charged at cost.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

The OneLeg is well packaged so the likelihood of you receiving a damaged stool is minimal.  However, please inspect the goods as soon as they arrive and report any damage within 48 hours.  We will arrange to collect and replace the goods at no cost to you.

What happens if I don’t like the stool or have ordered the wrong size?

As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel and return an order at any time within 14 days of receipt of goods (‘the cooling off period’).  In these circumstances, please inform us of your requirements, immediately, in writing.  The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging and returned within 14 days at your cost and risk.  Please note that should products be returned damaged, this may reduce the value of any refund due.  We can help with the arrangements for collecting unwanted products.

After this 14 day ‘cooling off period’ and up to 30 days from receipt of order, you may still request to return unwanted items.  In these circumstances we will review the situation on a case by case basis and will either arrange to collect the goods and levy a handling charge or decline the request to return the goods.

How do I use my stool safely?
Stand with your legs hip distant apart and pick up your stool with both hands on the front edge of the stool seat.  Place the stool between your legs and lower yourself down onto the stool.  Secure your balance now position your feet and legs so that they are comfortable.  The stool is designed to rock and tilt as you move, all the while protecting your lower back.  You should never stand on the stool.
How do I clean my OneLeg?

The strong plastic stool can be rinsed in water and is really easy to keep clean.
