 | Along with requiring a certain amount of mobility when sitting down on the stool and then standing back up again, selecting the correct height stool for the users stature is also key to success. Your height, length of leg and overall mobility and fitness needs to be considered before making your purchase. As mentioned above, it is also important that you are able to get into a low squat position and return to a standing position, unaided. Please note: this stool is not for everyone and is definitely not suitable for anyone who suffers with loss of strength in the upper thigh muscles or knees. |
 | The OneLeg stools are held in stock and will be despatched within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Your order will be shipped via a courier on a Next Day Delivery service and you will be contacted to arrange a convenient day for delivery. This service is available Monday to Friday. Occasionally, the colour of your choice may not be available but we will offer alternatives. |

 | The OneLeg is well packaged so the likelihood of you receiving a damaged stool is minimal. However, please inspect the goods as soon as they arrive and report any damage within 48 hours. We will arrange to collect and replace the goods at no cost to you. |
 | We use a courier to deliver and your goods will need to be signed for. Please ensure someone is available on the agreed delivery date and time to accept delivery. |
 | As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel and return an order at any time within 14 days of receipt of goods (‘the cooling off period’). In these circumstances, please inform us of your requirements, immediately, in writing. The product must be returned in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days at your cost and risk. Please note that should a product be returned damaged, this may reduce the value of any refund due. We can help with the arrangements for collecting unwanted goods. After this 14 day ‘cooling off period’ and up to 30 days from receipt of order, you may still request to return unwanted items. In these circumstances we will review the situation on a case by case basis and will either arrange to collect the goods and levy a handling charge or decline the request to return the goods. |
 | To successfully use the stool a good degree of mobility is required and you do need to be able squat down and stand up unaided. To safely sit on the stool, stand with your legs hip distant apart and pick up your stool with both hands on the front edge of the stool seat. Place the stool between your legs and slowly lower yourself down onto the stool. Secure your balance and position your feet and legs so that they are comfortable. The stool is designed to rock and tilt as you move, all the while protecting your lower back. You should never stand on the stool. |
 | The shipping charge we levy is for delivery to UK Mainland. Any off-shore deliveries will be charged at cost and you will be contacted before despatch to ensure you agree with these additional charges. |
 | As the stool is made from a strong and durable plastic, it can be scrubbed clean with warm soapy water and then towel dried. The foot and seat cover can also be cleaned in this way. |
